We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive sales of our contract staffing services. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the contract staffing industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Business Development Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the contract staffing industry
- Strong understanding of the contract staffing industry, including staffing models, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Willingness to travel as needed
