About the Role

Join our Sales & Business Development team as a Sales Operations Executive and be the crucial link between our sales efforts and technical delivery. You'll drive efficiency in the pre-sales and post-sales process, ensuring smooth commercial operations and clear communication.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and share customer proposals based on technical and commercial inputs.
  • Follow up with customers on proposals, feedback, and next-step actions.
  • Manage commercial emails and maintain a high standard of professional communication.
  • Maintain organized records for proposals, agreements, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate internally with technical teams to align proposal details and timelines.
  • Track and update opportunities in CRM or internal tracking tools.
  • Support management with sales reports, forecasts, and status updates.
  • Assist in client coordination during pre-sales and post-sales activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or operations.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM familiarity is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B technology, IoT, or engineering solutions.
  • Understanding of hardware/software proposal preparation.
