About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to handle client engagement for our IoT product portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on IoT product-related updates and support.
  • Drive client engagement activities to strengthen relationships and ensure retention.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
  • Provide consistent updates and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell IoT solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Engagement, or Customer Success in IoT, SaaS, or technology product companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Professional, sincere, and proactive in handling responsibilities.
  • Exposure to IoT platforms, solutions, or ecosystems is a plus.
